It belongs to the Mineral Beryl family, has a chemical composition and chemical Be3Al2Si6O18 name of beryllium aluminum silicate. Contrary to what others think Emerald is green, there are also blue, yellow, pink and colorless Emeralds, but the green still has the largest value.
Like a colored stone, the Emerald assessed according to the four Cs: color, cut, and Crystal Clarity (Transparency). But for an Emerald, determining its value depends more on color and crystal. The greener the emerald is – how rare and expensive it is. The color must be pure green GREEN. It must also have a high degree of crystal quality or transparency.
